More Help for Anxiety

I have a loved one who suffers from anxiety and severe panic attacks. It’s horrible to see such a bright and beautiful young person held back in life this way.

As a mother, nurse, and “fixer” it is hard for me to see her suffer and I spend a lot of time researching ways to help her. It’s frustrating to not be able to wave a magic wand and “cure” her of this affliction. We have tried many different avenues from acupuncture to medications. And while many different things do help, anxiety and triggers are something we will deal with constantly.

Anxiety is the most common mental health disorder; I dare say the state of the world for the past two years has done nothing to help sufferers.  Anxiety affects approximately 15-18% of the adult population and is reported to be even higher in children aged 13-18.

Awareness is the key to managing anxiety, but what do you do when you are aware of triggers and symptoms?

One new approach that was highly recommended to me was “tapping”.  I have been working with tapping on myself and I can tell you it works!

Tapping is an EFT, emotional freedom technique with over 30 years of research into it. Tapping releases neuropeptides and is a powerful relaxation and self-help technique.

Check out my link today and learn more about tapping and get started on your personal adventure with this amazing technique!
